Annual Day Reunion!!!!

Finally found some time to type this long overdue post. Kindly pardon my amateurish writing. Six months after we all parted ways to achieve our goals at our respective companies and organizations it was time to have a reunion of DBIT batch of 2007. What better way to do this than meeting at our college annual day and so it happened. On February 9th, 2007 the DBIT batch of 2007 met at the campus for a reunion.

After a lot of SMS's and IM's about 50 to 60 of us turned up for the reunion.

Most of us skipped the speeches and sat for the program after that which lived upto all our expectations of being boring as usual. But that wasn't wat we had turned up for .... we had come to meet each other and enjoy .. n did we do that?? HELL yeah!!!!

After the event everyone shared the usual Hi, Hello , where are u working, which technology etc etc ....... The college staff and management were acting overly good to us. Wish they had treated us the same way while we were in college. KP took us to his new den and even the newly renovated library. Then after a few photo sessions and a bit of dancing it was time to tell adios to half the crowd ...... the rest of us headed towards Bandra for dinner. Prof. Reef and BoyToy along with his close aide joined us for dinner.


Unable to find any other place where 25 odd people could sit together, we landed at Sheeshaz roof top in the chilling climate. Being Lent , the number of vegetarians closely matched the non vegetarians ...... so we sat in two groups. Nivya and shaazia sat among the vegetarians but always managed to pick some chicken from our table. BoyToys close aide left early so he could spend some valuable time with his dog.


We even had Shrividya and Bhavi Jones joining us over phone. After eating some good moughli food it was time to say "adios". It was the end of another great and heartfelt reunion. m sure on the way back home all of us must have thought the same thing ...... ' When do we meet again?' ...

Hey i forgot one thing .......... Marina managed to keep wake throughout this session :D .
Sid, Shaz n group kindly post in your entries about the reunion .... and for those who missed the reunion kindly make it a point to come nxt time or organize one ....
